About the practice
Tectori provides founder-led cloud architecture and operations, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management, IT operations, fractional IT and security leadership, and governed AI consulting.
Tectori is designed for banks, credit unions, healthcare organizations, regulated businesses, and growing companies that need technology to support customer diligence, enterprise expectations, or regulatory scrutiny.
Audit-ready IT connects regulatory and business requirements to architecture decisions, policies, controls, ownership, documentation, testing, and evidence produced during normal operation. It is not a promise that every audit will produce a particular result.
Tectori treats AI governance as an operating system with approved use cases, accountable owners, data boundaries, human review, monitoring, incident handling, change control, and retained decision records.
