What is audit-ready IT?
Audit-ready IT connects regulatory and business requirements to architecture decisions, policies, controls, ownership, documentation, testing, and evidence produced during normal operation. It is not a promise that every audit will produce a particular result.
How does Tectori approach AI governance?
Tectori treats AI governance as an operating system with approved use cases, accountable owners, data boundaries, human review, monitoring, incident handling, change control, and retained decision records.
Is Tectori a large consulting firm?
No. Tectori is a founder-led practice. Clients work directly with Jonathan Bowker, the practitioner responsible for recommendations, design, and delivery.
Does Tectori sell software?
Tectori builds and maintains several products as separate brands, including Fortivra, Compliance Compass, MailSweep, FileIQ, Architect Copilot, and Lumenwatch. They are working reference implementations of the standards behind Tectori's consulting work and are not offered for sale at this time. Tectori also publishes free, open source tools on GitHub, including Ops Toolkit, Security Program Templates, and Email Evidence Tools.
