Here is everything this site collects, and everything it does not.

What this website collects

The Tectori website is a static informational site. Every page except the client login page loads two things from other companies. The first is a page view counter from Cloudflare. The second is a small image from Scarf. The contact page also posts form submissions to Formspree. These services are described below.

The Cloudflare page view counter

Every page except the client login page loads a script from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and records the site that referred you, your country, and your browser type. Cloudflare states that it stores no cookies and no other data on your device, and that it does not identify individuals from an IP address, a user agent string, or any other data. Tectori sees counts. Tectori cannot see who you are from this script. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The Scarf pixel

Every page except the client login page also loads a small image from Scarf. Requesting that image sends Scarf your IP address and your browser's user agent string. That is the same information any image request sends to the server it comes from. This site is set up so that Scarf is told only that the request came from www.tectori.com, and not which page you are reading. Scarf uses the IP address to look up the organization that address belongs to, and reports those organizations and visit counts to Tectori. Scarf states that it does not store the IP address itself. Scarf's handling of that data is described in the Scarf privacy policy.

Be clear on what that means. If you read this site from a workplace network, Tectori may see the name of your employer. It does not see your name, your email address, or anything else about you personally.

Your choices

If your browser sends a Do Not Track header, Scarf does not record your visit. Any browser setting, extension, or network filter that blocks third party requests will stop both the Cloudflare script and the Scarf image, and the site works exactly the same without them. You can ask Scarf for access to, correction of, or deletion of information it holds through the data request process in its privacy policy. You can also use the contact page and Tectori will pass the request on.

What this website still does not do

It sets no cookies. It stores nothing on your device. It uses no advertising technology. It does not track you across other websites, across your devices, or over time. It loads no fonts and no other resources from third party services.

The contact page is the only form on the public site that transmits data, and it posts to Formspree. Nothing typed into the client login page is ever sent to or stored by Tectori. That page loads neither the Cloudflare script nor the Scarf image. Your own browser, password manager, or browser extensions may still save what you type, the same as on any website, and that is outside Tectori's control.

Hosting logs

The site is served by GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical request data, such as IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. Tectori does not receive or review per visitor logs. GitHub's handling of that data is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Contact form submissions

If you use the contact form, Formspree receives the fields you submit and forwards them to Tectori. Tectori uses that information to respond to you and to keep normal business records. It is not sold. It is not shared for marketing.

Links to other sites

Pages on this site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Questions about this policy can go through the contact page.
