About Tectori
Enterprise discipline without enterprise overhead.
Tectori exists to end a familiar tradeoff. Regulated organizations should not have to choose between a compliance partner that slows the business down and an innovation partner whose work falls apart when an examiner starts asking questions.
Founder and principal consultant
Jonathan Bowker
Jonathan brings 20 years of experience across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, infrastructure, and technology operations. His career progressed from hands-on network and systems work into enterprise architecture, director, CISO, and CIO responsibilities in healthcare, fintech, and compliance technology.
At Ncontracts, Jonathan helped grow the compliance technology company from $10 million to $100 million in revenue while leading security, governance, risk, IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and acquisition integration. Ncontracts is part of his work history and is not represented as a Tectori client.
Most recently, at HCA Healthcare, Jonathan worked as a security architect and AI automation engineer. He applied Zero Trust principles across Azure and data center design reviews. He also built a human governed AI workflow that returned a stalled policy and standards program to production. HCA Healthcare is part of his work history and is not represented as a Tectori client.
He has built teams from the ground up, refined inherited teams, and served as the acting project manager when important work had no clear owner. That experience shapes Tectori's focus on closing the gap between technical implementation and business accountability.

How that experience shows up
Evidence is part of the design.
Every engagement starts with the questions an examiner, auditor, or board will eventually ask. Decisions have owners. Controls connect to requirements. Systems produce records as they operate. Documentation explains what happened and why.
Tectori is a founder-led practice. Each engagement provides direct access to the practitioner responsible for the recommendation, the design, and the delivery.
