Jonathan Bowker
Jonathan brings 20 years of experience across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, infrastructure, and technology operations. His career progressed from hands-on network and systems work into enterprise architecture, director, CISO, and CIO responsibilities across healthcare, fintech, banking, SaaS, MSP and MSSP, and GRC.
As CIO and CISO of a SaaS company, Jonathan helped scale annual recurring revenue from $10 million to $100 million through organic growth and four acquisitions, running technical due diligence on each before close and leading the integration. He built a 12-person security, GRC, cloud operations, DevSecOps, and IT team from a zero-function start, and took the security program from SOC 2 Type I readiness to Type II within the first year, then four consecutive clean audits.
He has built teams from the ground up, refined inherited teams, and served as the acting project manager when important work had no clear owner. That experience shapes Tectori's focus on closing the gap between technical implementation and business accountability.

Jonathan earned an MBA in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Kennesaw State University. He also taught IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals to cohorts of 35 aspiring IT professionals at Nashville Software School.
