Trust
How Tectori operates.
Tectori claims no client results anywhere on this site. What it can state is how the practice itself runs, how client material is handled, and what to do if you find a problem. Everything on this page is verifiable or a commitment you can hold Tectori to.
Who you are engaging
One practitioner, named, delivering the work.
Every engagement is delivered directly by Tectori's founder. There is no bench, no handoff to a junior resource, and no team behind the name.
Background, credentials, training, and recognition are listed on about rather than repeated here.
How client data is handled
Where it lives, and when it leaves.
- Engagement material is held in Tectori-controlled Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants in United States regions.
- Where the engagement allows it, client systems and data are accessed in the client's own environment rather than copied out of it.
- Engagement material is returned or destroyed within 30 days of engagement close, unless the agreement says otherwise.
- Access to client systems uses accounts the client provisions and can revoke.
Security of the practice itself
The same discipline the service lines describe.
- Multifactor authentication is required on every account used for client work.
- Workstation disks are encrypted, endpoint protection runs, and operating system and application patching is kept current.
- Credentials are unique per service and held in a password manager. They are not reused and not shared in plain text.
- Engagement material is backed up, and recovery is tested rather than assumed.
Third parties this site uses
Three, and what each one sees.
Public pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics for page view counting and a Scarf pixel. The site is served by GitHub Pages. The client login page loads neither analytics service.
What each one receives, and what it does not, is described on privacy. If anything on this site starts or stops talking to a third party, that page changes in the same release.
Reporting a problem
Two paths, depending on urgency.
Use the contact page for a response within 48 hours. For something urgent, call (615) 829-6802 for an immediate response.
Good faith reports of a security problem in this site, in Tectori's published tools, or in work delivered to you are welcomed. Reporting one will not be treated as a hostile act.
Policies
The written terms.
Privacy covers what this site collects and what it does not. Terms covers use of the site and its published material. Accessibility states the standard this site is built to and how to report a barrier.
